1. When is the best time to sell my house?

This is a very common question but there isn't one simple answer. All real estate markets are different and your best advice would be to have a REALTOR® show you what has been happening in your neighbourhood. This way you know what has been selling and for how much!


2. How much commission do you charge?

My rates are between 4% - 6% depending on the marketing you choose.


3. What should I do before selling?

When selling a home you must be sure that your home presents itself in the best possible light.  Making sure clutter is at a minimum, freshly painting rooms, installing new flooring, or ensuring odours are non-existent are just a handful of things that should be done before listing your home for sale.


4. Should I get pre-approved before I start looking at homes to buy?

The answer to the question is YES!  There are tons of reasons why you should talk with a bank and get pre-approved. First and foremost, talking with a bank before looking at homes can help you understand exactly how much you can afford.  There is no reason to look at homes that are listed for $250,000 if you can only afford up to $200,000.
