This is a very common question but there isn't one simple answer. All real estate markets are different and your best advice would be to have a REALTOR® show you what has been happening in your neighbourhood. This way you know what has been selling and for how much!

My rates are between 4% - 6% depending on the marketing you choose.

Making sure clutter is at a minimum, freshly painting rooms, installing new flooring, or ensuring odours are non-existent are just a handful of things that should be done before listing your home for sale.
4. Should I get pre-approved before I start looking at homes to buy?
The answer to the question is YES! There are tons of reasons why you should talk with a bank and get pre-approved. First and foremost, talking with a bank before looking at homes can help you understand exactly how much you can afford. There is no reason to look at homes that are listed for $250,000 if you can only afford up to $200,000.
