When I decided to sell my current home I called Nico again for advice. We called Nico in March when we were just tossing around the idea of buying and selling. We were new parents and were completely unsure if this was a leap we wanted to take at the time, but wanted to get an idea of what our home would be worth in order to help us decide. Nico came in and showed us comparables in our area and gave us a number that we could work with. We decided to go for it and started looking at houses. Nico was always ready and willing to show us anything we wanted to see. He was honest, informative and cared about getting us into a home that would work for us and our baby, regardless of how many houses we had to look at. He was always patient while we had to tote our little one around with us. We ended up purchasing our new home after 2 months of looking, Possession was quick which meant we had to get some final touches done around our current home to get it on the market ASAP. When we were ready to list our new place, Nico came back to reassess and with the current market and the final touches we were able to list for 15k more than originally discussed, which was great.
